SELF PAY (NO INSURANCE)
Many of my clients choose not to involve their insurance carrier in their treatment. Here are some of the advantages:
You won't have a diagnosis label attached permanently to your health records.
Your records are protected, which means all information about you, including very personal information, cannot be obtained by insurance companies.
Your care is not dictated by the insurance companies; rather by the collaborative efforts formed by my expertise and your personal preferences and goals.
*** Please note, many insurance companies provide OUT OF NETWORK benefits as well. If I am not in network with your insurance provider, please inquire about those benefits. You can also use your Health Savings Account (HSA) with your out of network benefits. ***
Payment
Cash, check, Zelle and all major credit cards AND your HSA CARD are accepted for payment at the time of service.. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $75 for a missed session. Please understand the 24 hour notice allows me to fill this space with someone who is in need of a session and most likely on my waiting list. This fee is not covered by your insurance carrier. All cancellations should be made by calling or texting me at 847-892-6390.
